These experts bring decades of experience in search and rescue operations and dog sport evaluation, ensuring the highest standards of competition. ### Supervisor ![Bruno Piccinelli](https://wch.erps.si/resized/image/judges/600w_bruno.jpg) #### Bruno Piccinelli ![Italy](https://flagcdn.com/32x24/it.png "Italy") Supervisor Italy "Bruno Piccinelli has been involved in rescue dog work since 1984 and serves as Supervisor at the championship. He is the founder and President of the Italian Canine Rescue Unit (UCIS) and a member of the National Committee of the Italian Civil Protection Department. He has organized three World Championships for Rescue Dogs and numerous other major canine events. An International Expert Judge of Rescue Dogs since 1986, he is also an International Expert Judge in IGP, Agility, and Obedience, and a member of the ENCI Expert Judges Committee." ### Obedience & Dexterity ![Andreas Quint](https://wch.erps.si/resized/image/judges/600w_quint.jpg) #### Andreas Quint ![Germany](https://flagcdn.com/32x24/de.png "Germany") Obedience & Dexterity Germany "Andreas Quint has served as an international FCI judge for several decades and brings extensive experience in working dog evaluation. He is the spokesperson for the Department of Special Working Dog Training at SV and acts as a supervisor and instructor judge for national and international FCI judges. His long-standing involvement supports consistent standards and education within the international judging community." ### Rubble ![Monika Rusing](https://wch.erps.si/resized/image/judges/600w_monika.jpg) #### Monika Rusing ![Estonia](https://flagcdn.com/32x24/ee.png "Estonia") Rubble Estonia "Monika Rusing has been active in dog sports since 2005, with a strong focus on search and rescue (SAR). She has trained and competed internationally with several dogs across multiple disciplines. Since 2016, she has served as a rescue dog judge at World Championships and qualification events. Her expertise covers area search, tracking, rubble, water, and avalanche disciplines, and she places high value on precise, positive, and harmonious teamwork between dog and handler." ### Tracking ![Matti Hautala](https://wch.erps.si/resized/image/judges/600w_matti.jpg) #### Matti Hautala ![Finland](https://flagcdn.com/32x24/fi.png "Finland") Tracking Finland "Matti Hautala is a rescue dog handler and international judge from Finland, with a strong background in utility and working dogs. He has extensive experience in competitive rescue dog work and judging at national and international levels. She works with her Golden Retriever, Kola, who is her third search and rescue dog. All of her dogs have been working Golden Retrievers, reflecting her long-term commitment to the breed and to practical, performance-oriented rescue dog training."
